Quick Buy Workflow

  1. Enter the card details.
  2. Enter what you paid per copy.
  3. Enter your intended show price.
  4. Enter quantity.
  5. Tap Save & Add to Inventory.
  6. The card immediately becomes available to sell.
Example: Buy 3 copies for $8 each and sell for $15 each. Quantity = 3, Cost = $8.00, Show Price = $15.00. The system creates one SKU with quantity 3 and records the $24 acquisition.

For unique physical cards, use quantity 1 so each card has its own barcode/SKU.

Import Inventory CSV

Recommended columns: SKU, Card Name, Set, Card Number, Condition, Show Price, Quantity. The importer also accepts common variations such as CardName, Price, and Qty.

RNGesusTCG POS

Sign in to your private POS workspace. After you sign in online once, the app can reopen in offline mode on this device using its saved local data. Cloud synchronization requires a configured Supabase project.

Every staff member uses their own email/password but must be added to the same workspace by an administrator. Configure the workspace-aware schema and membership before using real inventory. Never place a Supabase secret/service-role key here.
